5:45pm. restaurant was very busy. I ordered 3 burgers and fries. Some of the condiments on 2 of them were mixed up. The manager apologized and quickly made new burgers. and put in an order of fries for the inconvenience. I feel it was the proper way to handle the problem. Overall I am impressed. And the food is very good 👍.
Great burgers as expected from the best burger place around. Pricey but worth it.
I went in yesterday to get a carry-out order, and while everything else was great, the patties were overdone, ruining the rest of the burger; I didn't call in to complain because I'm not looking for a free meal and I'm not behind the counter trying to keep up.
