Great that five guys are in my home town now. They are awesome and the food is always great highly recommend eating at any five guys locations but I’m just saying that I’m happy with them choseing Wichita ks as another location

I love that if you order directly from their website they have free delivery. YAY! The food comes fast & still hot. I’m not even a burger person but my burger was so good! I also enjoyed my Cajun fries. Definitely a guilty pleasure!

Foods fine.The guy at the register was clearly a manager, he started the conversation with complaining he’d been there for 14 hours. When I asked for a few seconds to decide he skipped to the person behind me, which is rude and unnecessary since the place was near empty. I’ve heard multiple bad things about a certain male manager there, although I’ve never met him before it’s probably the same guy. The stuff employees repeat couldn’t be made up, your staff aren’t inmates & your store isn’t an asylum. If anything shady happens again & I hear about it I’ll raise hell in your store in front of customers idgaf. The behavior is pathetic and I can match it no problem.

Management is horrible in this place. Willing to argue with customers when there was no reason to argue. If the customer is upset about something and you have no control over there's no reason to keep going.
