“The food is always so delicious and fresh at a reasonable price. I’ve been coming in the past few weeks to grab a to go order before work at the bar and I’ve been very impressed about the quality of food and the service. Rae or Ray not sure of the spelling has been the bartender every time I stop in and she is amazing, very prompt, friendly and you can tell she is great at what she does from the crown of regulars at her rail. For sure my new go to quick stop before work.“

“Best fries ever! We got half regular and half sweet potato fries. I'm usually not a big fan of sweet potato fries but theirs were amazing! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The burgers and service were also great, but I'll be back for those fries for sure!“

“My friend and I ate at Deano's tonight. It was my very first time eating here and Karen who was working as the Bartender took the time to introduce herself to us. She asked me if i've ever eaten here before and I said no, she responded by recommending some of the specials including the food and beverages the restaurant provides. She was dealing with a sore throat throughout the entire time but she was still able to communicate with us and show determination to help take good care of my friend and I even though she wasn't able to really talk because of her throat and she ended up leaving early. We just want to say Thank You for going above and beyond tonight! If the restaurant have any suggestions where we can write another good review or reach out and speak to the Store/General Manager please let us know! She was awesome!“

“OMG. I have enjoyed NuWays forever and neglected to write a review. We went there today for a late lunch and our NuWays were perfect! The tots were nice and crispy-just the way I like them. We splurged and had a root beer freeze. It was good but needed a little more root beer flavor.

Our server was very attentive and prompt. I don’t remember the name of the lady that used to own NuWay and made many herself but the NuWay I had today tasted how I remember she made them. I wished more people frequented them as they are very tasty!.“

“We have been going to Dempsey‘s pretty much once a week for more than 10 years. The service has always been spectacular (Reggie is a legend!), but the food … is usually great, but sometimes there are weeks where the quality tanks. My mother always asks for a well done burger (please forgive her) and it came out medium rare tonight, even though our server has her requests memorized perfectly and I’m certain he put her order in correctly. The fries were at their best a number of years ago. Since then the quality has gone up and down. Tonight they were pretty much inedible - they looked under cooked, but were as hard and dry as four day old fries reheated in an air fryer set at 150. Ugh. We will continue our decade long tradition with hope that there will be a renewed focus on the food quality!“

“love Bionic Burger but the one on E. Harry has a horrible employee that works at night🙄 so rude and ghetto. we literally waited at the speaker for 20min trying to get someone to take our order , so finally we decided to just go up to the window assuming maybe the speaker didn't work. However when we approached the window and told the lady working we had been sitting there for awhile trying to give out order and no one spoke, the lady at the windows reply was " I heard y'all say hold on " 😑 I said we never got to say anything cause no one ever even greeted us. Her with a whole attitude told us " I can take your order but y'all gone have to park in the front and it will be awhile before your food is ready" . I just worked all day and wasted my time sitting at a place for 30min just for me to get rude service and no food. of course at that point we just left because who wants to give there hard earned money to a place with terrible employees. Honestly that was not the first time I have dealt with that same lady and her unfriendly attitude but after this last time wasting my time I have decided to say something because if you don't like your job then just quit girl, or how bout put her on the grill instead of at the window cause clearly her bad attitude is not good customer service. I love me some Bionic Burger but unfortunately that's the closest one to me so I'll have to refrain from going.“

“bar and kitchen is immaculate from what it used to be and the staff is pretty awesome they treat me and my friend very well always very friendly food is great the atmosphere is your classic bar and the drinks are great! 👍🍸🍺 🥃 pool tables and shuffle board are in nice shape and a great addition for friends and there's always some people around to play with 🎱 if you like to gamble there's some kiosks in there also seems like the staff likes to mix it up playing different music for everybody's taste you never know what you'll get great bar good times and the staff makes me feel safe if somebody gets out of hand“

“My favorite fast food burger. Always consistent. I have a lot of food allergies and this is the only burger i don't have to modify to suit me, so I may be slightly biased. Always clean and the workers there stay busy and get you empty trays if they have time. Well managed location.“

“Freddy Simon was an American hero and a local Kansas treasure. It's remarkable how fast Freddy's franchises have spread across the country. That said, it's not my favorite, but it's more about my personal preferences rather the quality. Some folks love smash burgers, I prefer thicker burgers. Some love the thin shoestring fries, I find them more difficult to eat, especially when on the go. Despite this, I still stop by occasionally and I'm never disappointed by the quality of the meal. The custard is always delicious and some of the seasonal concretes are exceptional. That's good enough that I will continue to patronize this great locally founded place.“

“I love Braums, great price for ice cream and their milk always seems superior to other brands.
I love the small grocery section that has quality items and its cute and gives rustic vibes. It's a good area near the Delano district. Expect the drive thru to be busy but usually if you walk in you get served right away.

They have great burgers at a decent price, sometimes I can't finish the whole thing. The chicken strip dinner is a great value and even the pickiest eater should enjoy it.“

“Front counter employees were kind, efficient, and very patient. Icecream was good, wish they had lime sherbet at the counter and not just in pints at market. Very stocked market and kind market guy, he was stocking when i came to checkout and he rushed over to help, didn’t look annoyed or anything.“

“2026- Taco Shop is still a great place to get food. They offer great value, great options to try, and everything is pretty good for fast food.

2023- First time I have eaten here. Went through the drive thru and the service was fast, friendly and accurate. Ordered a value meal and for five and change got two tacos, bean burrito and a drink. Hard to beat that especially when two of my kids ordered side items at another fast food joint and I paid almost $20! Would recommend and will come here again.“

“We came in around 7:30 on a sunday with our two older kids. Everything was EXCELLENT. Our server Lindsay was great! We had pretzel bites, side salad (great house made ranch), spinach artichoke penne pasta, BLT, chicken fingers, and omg those fish and chips were top notch! Simple bar food done really well!“

“Updated Review: The morning manager spoke with us and verified that they do the free kids meal discount between 4-10pm every day of the week and wasn’t sure why it was incorrectly handled the night before. Situation has been rectified for us and I’ve updated my review to reflect the experience before the issue with the night manager.

Food was good, despite them being out of crepes and never receiving one of our sides. The server was friendly with the kids, and although there were quite a few dirty tables at first, the server had the dining room all cleaned up shortly into our meal.

Original Review: ONLY Reason we went was because we called 30 minutes before arrival, asked if they did the free kids meals, and was told as long as we got there before 10PM the kids meals would be free. Got there at 9, and was paying the check before 10. Manager argued with us about it when we noticed it was still on our check. We showed her we called her store, and were told they don’t do that.

Food was good, despite them being out of crepes and never receiving one of our sides, but no plans of ever returning after the way the manager handled the situation.“

“Spangles food is delicious and it was great seeing Rene at the register taking our breakfast order at the N. Rock location Thursday morning (4/10/25). She is very nice and upbeat with a great demeanor. It's always great to see family operator-members visiting their businesses. I ordered the Oooey Gooey Pancakes and they were hot and very good but I just ordered plain, no drizzle or fruit/candy toppings, and they were still good. I'm hoping they'll add blueberry compote to the lineup at some point. I also wish Spangles would bring back their chili cheese fries.“

“Thank you to Michael and his crew. We came in on the 15th for my son's 5th bday. They went above and beyond to make it seem like it was his party there. The jukebox wasnt working and Bug wanted to hear one song for his bday. Michael went and played it . He went over the loud speaker and had everyone wish him a happy bday. It really was a memorable experience for me and I hope he remembers the kindness too!“

“5:45pm. restaurant was very busy. I ordered 3 burgers and fries. Some of the condiments on 2 of them were mixed up. The manager apologized and quickly made new burgers. and put in an order of fries for the inconvenience. I feel it was the proper way to handle the problem. Overall I am impressed. And the food is very good 👍.“
