“The famous burger joint of College Hill, in Clifton Square on Douglas Street. Here is long time contender for best burger in Wichita, and I would put it in my top five in town. If I would have written this review based on previous experiences then it would have been top notch. Unfortunately I broke my streak of amazing visits with this last one. My kid’s burger looked great but I went with the House Waygu and felt it was ruined by the toppings that did not seem fresh at all or they just don’t work with that burger, and strongly suggest ditching everything but the burger itself when ordering this menu item. The meat was cooked medium rare, the bun was phenomenal as always, and we made a meal of it this trip but will also look for a rebound in service our next time in. The staff seemed unwelcoming to our visit and my drink was forgotten about for far too long even though it was a slow time for business, and no beers were available on tap at that time which was a letdown. However, I can remember quite a few burgers being amazing at Dempsey’s and I guarantee the truffle fries will be a hit for anybody in the family. I will continue to recommend this burger pub and will be back in spring to hopefully get this place its five stars.“
“Nice little burger joint, the edges of the burger were crispy while the center was soft and juicy. The bun was well toasted, although my burger was very greasy which saturated the bun making it soggy after a few minutes. They seemed to be busy so I suspect that contributed to how greasy the burger was, that being said, I did not dislike it, but it would have made the experience a little better if it wasn't so greasy. The chicken nuggets were very crispy and juicy and the spicy ranch had the right amount of heat to make it great. Unfortunately the tots were nothing special and had a bit of a burnt flavor, they do have hand made chips and fries, I would try them. I would love to give this place a second visit, hopefully the burger won't be as greasy.“
“Glad we tried this place! The sauces on the burgers were incredible. While they dripped a lot at first, it didn't feel like I lost anything and it still didn't soak the burger like some places do - the KPop burger was fantastic. The fries were perfectly cooked and crisped. We were impressed how fast the food came out and how fresh and well made it was. Staff seemed a little stressed but it was also pretty busy. Regardless they were still super friendly and nice!The chairs were a bit uncomfortable after a while so be aware of that when picking a booth seat or a chair.Looks like they have a stage for some live music. Seemed like a decent setup and would love to come back and catch what kind of shows they do!“

“My friend and I ate at Deano's tonight. It was my very first time eating here and Karen who was working as the Bartender took the time to introduce herself to us. She asked me if i've ever eaten here before and I said no, she responded by recommending some of the specials including the food and beverages the restaurant provides. She was dealing with a sore throat throughout the entire time but she was still able to communicate with us and show determination to help take good care of my friend and I even though she wasn't able to really talk because of her throat and she ended up leaving early. “It was busy for St. Patty's weekend. Service was good and food came out super gast and was tasty, first time having a loose meat sandwhich (crumble burger) in a restaurant. My mom used to make them at home all the time. Its like a sloppy Joe without the sauce. The homemade root beer was really good as well!“

My burger was good though I asked for a lettuce wrap instead of bun (minor annoyance just had to decontaminate at home with the kids). Then she helped us get a booster and a basket for her meal. When it was time for ice cream she even gave our little one some sprinkles. Raven was excellent. “Really good fast food it's actually like about the same price as McDonald's (which really says a lot about McDonald's nowadays lol) but the quality is so much better. Without custard I usually spend about 11 to 12 bucks for a meal with large fries, and there's actually flavor in their burgers which is quite nice for a fast food place. Also the fries are really good, extra thin and crunchy and they have a really nice fry sauce to dip and a fry seasoning so you can get extra flavor.Also the people here were very niceWheelchair accessibility: One of the entrances is at ground level with no need for a ramp or stairs“

More than half the time, literally, I have received my order without items, without silverware, or made wrong. “One of the best Spangles in town. :) I've gone by before both during the day and at night but last night in particular I went by a little later than I would have comfortably or intentionally. While they were in the process of starting close they still welcomed me, took my order, prepared my food and were overall kind and welcoming. This location in particular is very accommodating and respectful and will go above and beyond to rectify any mistakes made because let's face it - mistakes are made at times. This location was cleaner, and the experience was was better than earlier this year.Spring 2023: I love Braum food and frozen yogurt, but this is a service review to all customers. There's a great need for cleanliness here. We stopped by after sunset and man! I've never seen a Braum so dirty.Nobody stopped to clean up the counter tops or the glass.Management needs to prioritize cleaning and making sure your employees put a little more effort into dressing right without all the spatter over the T-shirt/apron and tidy up long hair.This place has the best ice cream, frozen yogurt store, and cheap eggs for $1.99. Just please take some time to train on food health safety and why a place serving food should maintain a clean environment.“
