My only issue is that seating is often awkward and uncomfortable. It can be a fight to get a seat and the seats that you end up with often are more restaurant style or forced couch seating next to strangers. Additionally, finding a plug in can be a struggle, especially when it's crowded. Lots of people love this place and there is a HUGE regulars crowd. Great service and provide a rewards program.“

“Worth a bit of a drive to the west side of Wichita if you’re in the area. Aroma Coffeehouse has a great open plan space that still feels comfortable and welcoming. The music is a bit loud depending on where you sit, but the options for where to settle down are many. Couches and plush chairs abound as do traditional tables and chairs if you need a surface to work on. Definitely worth visiting again.“

Nice new building but a bit on the small side, with an unnecessary portion inside to push Yeti products. Drinks are thankfully self-serve, and the staff has been good at cashiering and assisting with the app. I highly suggest the coconut and peach ginger teas, and strongly recommend a visit here to everyone in the area.“
“First visit, got to try cookies, pie, and a chocolate loaf. The cookies are light and airy for the most part. The monster cookie was the densest of the three we tried. While I prefer softer chewy cookies these had good flavor. The pie was delicious recommend putting it in the fridge to firm up a little bit.The customer service was spot on and was a lot better than other places I've been to this week. “I love being able to go to Crafted! I always end up getting a BYO Poke Bowl, and they provide so many options and are so nice while you decide on what you want! While building the Poke Bowls, they do so with care and with speed so if you are in a hurry I would most definitely recommend! I have tried a few of their caffeine drinks such as the Nutella drink they have! Every time I visit them I always end up happy and always receive what I have asked for with wonderful customer service provided. It can be a little more expensive than most Fast-Food style places, but the quality of food is up to par for their prices.Parking: Parking is great, not a long walk from parking lot to store. There could be more parking, but with what they have, it works well!Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility parking spaces right near the front door and even provide a small ramp to get on the sidewalk. I forget if they have a handicap button to open the door, but the store itself has room for wheelchair access and sitting at tables. However, it may be a tight fit if you use a wheelchair/motorized scooter.“

As I was leaving I took a sip and realized my drink tasted funny, I opened the lid and chocolate chips shavings were in my drink :(. Anyone who knows me knows dark or milk chocolate is not on my list of liking. I went back into the store and pointed out to a barista my order was made wrong via the instructions on my cup. The prices seemed a bit higher, but when I received the coffee, tea and coffee cake I was satisfied. They portions were sizable and the products delicious. There were comfortable sofas and big comfortable chairs with pillows to sit on; table options to sit on and eat at as well. In a room off from the main one, there were board games for playing. The music playing wasn't loud or random. Throughout the hour I was there people streamed in 1 and 2 at a time but it never felt crowded or rushed. Would definitely visit again.“

Kevin wears his mask, and I will ask you all to give him the same respect. He deserves it. The espresso blend is robust, of the finest selection, and the daily brews are just as immaculate. Customize your drink and He’ll make it to perfection. He has non-dairy milk options, and sugar-free flavor syrups too. If you’re not into coffee, Kevin’s real fruit smoothies, and Italian soda’s are to die for. Starbuck’s is never going to see another dollar from me, ever again. His drinks are excellent, and his breakfast options are nothing short of satisfying. His German breakfast Bierocks are made authentically, and leave you with a hankering for another. The pies are perfect, and sweet. For a more elegant way to start the day, try one of his savory Quiche bakes. I recommend trying the Chicken jalapeño cheddar — I’m drooling just thinking about it.
