“We had a negative taste experience the first and last time we had crumbl, at a different location. We decided to try again, ordered doordash. Its expensive. This time the cookies were delicious and it was a great experience. Im glad we gave it another try . Dirt and worms, french toast, Halloween shake cookie, and the pumpkin cheesecake cookie. All very tasty. Our favorite was the French toast because its so interesting, besides being yummy it did indeed taste like and perfectly resemble French toast. We ate them before I could take a picture lol.“

“We had a pastor torta and quesadillas here and they were amazing!! Hands down best torta I have had in Wichita! Everything was fresh and so good! This is definitely a gem in Wichita! Highly recommend!“

“Becareful it's a small place an it can be busy. Sometimes the line wraps out the door and people like to cut and use the other door to avoid waiting. Also dont leave the door open they have a small ac unit and it will kill the inside temp.“

“I was immediately greeted at the window by employee who was wearing latex gloves, behind her all Employees were busy all wearing latex gloves. All Employees appeared to be happy and enjoying what they were doing. After she took the money and handed my change she peeled off latex gloves and put on a new pair and proceeded back to tasking. They were quick and fast and the custard was excellent. Highly recommend this place. They were super busy. Seeing you are served outside it would be nice if they had a bathroom you could use to wash your hands after consumption of. Nice to see people who care about food safety in handling customers food. “Best ice cream in town! Love that they change flavors so I often get to try something new. They normally have at least one "normal" flavor (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry) and often a unique flavor - matcha, cheesecake, horchata. Lots of great topping options as well.“

“I love this location but the last 3x I have come here at night... I usually get a hot fudge malt. NO MILK! A malt should be thick. And every single time they put milk in it and with the heat of the fudge it turns to sweet chocolate milk. There is no ice cream. Gone. Please somebody teach them to listen to the customer! 8/20/26“

“Normally I include a picture but this time I absolutely forgot because I was transfixed on how good the malt was. For me it tasted like childhood memories, sitting and eating chocolate malt candies with my grandfather and brother, which is something I'll never forget. Being reminded of that was a blessing.

Staff was incredibly friendly, and were happy to break down how the menu worked and what they recommended, which was helpful since it was our first time there.

“Front counter employees were kind, efficient, and very patient. Icecream was good, wish they had lime sherbet at the counter and not just in pints at market. Very stocked market and kind market guy, he was stocking when i came to checkout and he rushed over to help, didn’t look annoyed or anything.“

“John what are the supervisors was extraordinarily friendly and helpful and absolutely made my visit wonderful. I was so welcomed and the steak burger was absolutely fantastic and I also enjoyed the fries and they did it without salt because I can't have anything but sea salt. It was a great meal. “I am not from Wichita and I know Culvers from another state I used to travel too and I was so surprised when I seen there was a Culver's where I was passing thru, I have to give a shout out to Nate working one of the drive thru windows , he was such a please and took pride in his ability to help people with menu orders, very quick and thorough, I must say Nate is Great! The food was hot to order and tasted fresh, and the service was friendly to the end Robert hand delivered my order. I noticed this place seemed well organized, clean and an amazing team that handles the rush well with clean parking lot and friendly faces! Thanks for a great time in line on this day Because just like my order ticket states I deserve it and so do you“

Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

“This store does a pretty good job at keeping up with orders and gets them right the first time. Love their mini grocery store when I am in a pinch for milk, tv dinner or fresh fruit. However, there is often a long line between 12 to 4pm every other day or so. They are popular.“

“Freddy Simon was an American hero and a local Kansas treasure. It's remarkable how fast Freddy's franchises have spread across the country. That said, it's not my favorite, but it's more about my personal preferences rather the quality. Some folks love smash burgers, I prefer thicker burgers. Some love the thin shoestring fries, I find them more difficult to eat, especially when on the go. Despite this, I still stop by occasionally and I'm never disappointed by the quality of the meal. The custard is always delicious and some of the seasonal concretes are exceptional. That's good enough that I will continue to patronize this great locally founded place.“

“I don't come here often, but lately I have been coming to Braums every evening to get a double scoop large waffle cone. One scoop vanilla and one scoop chocolate. This ice cream cone is massive! You do get big scoops and Braums ice cream has always tasted good to me. Ice cream is creamy and taste delicious. Since it's so hot outside and it is summer, go get you an ice cream cone to cool you off a little bit.“

“So delicious! The staff is so so. Sometimes they are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they act like they don't want to be there and work very slowly. We have been there when the line is out the door and only one or two of them is working while the others hide in the back.“

The toppings are not regulated well and get mixed into each other, which makes it very difficult for anyone with a nut or dairy allergy. The ice cream does offer separate options for people with restrictive special diets.“
