“One of the best places to get ice cream in town! They have a huge selection of homemade ice cream. I absolutely love the homemade vanilla. They also have sundaes and banana splits. For instance, adding Bailey's Irish Cream to your Iced coffee. There is a happy hour M-Th from 4PM to 7PM. You can build your own box of chocolates or purchase a pre-made box. There are additional dessert options as well, such as cheesecakes and pastries.If you have a sense of humor, you'll appreciate the bathroom decor.“

“We had our two year old granddaughter with us today at Freddy’s. Raven waited on us and treated her so kindly, our granddaughter was able to order everything herself with Ravens options she gave. Then she helped us get a booster and a basket for her meal. When it was time for ice cream she even gave our little one some sprinkles. Raven was excellent. “We went for just the frozen yogurt. I had the peanut butter frozen yogurt and it was delicious! The only thing I was disappointed in is the fact that they didn't have a smaller cup for kids. I know that it's priced by weight, but it's always easier to reel the children in if their cup is smaller. I want to try their food next time.“

“Amazing little place, I have been working on excuses to get to this area so I can try out more of their fantastic food. It would be helpful to look @ their menu in advance to find the drink offerings they have. This place is busy and still gets people in and out quickly.If I were a dining out several times a week type Palacana would have to be top on my list to go to regularly.“

“Really good fast food it's actually like about the same price as McDonald's (which really says a lot about McDonald's nowadays lol) but the quality is so much better. Without custard I usually spend about 11 to 12 bucks for a meal with large fries, and there's actually flavor in their burgers which is quite nice for a fast food place. Also the fries are really good, extra thin and crunchy and they have a really nice fry sauce to dip and a fry seasoning so you can get extra flavor.Also the people here were very niceWheelchair accessibility: One of the entrances is at ground level with no need for a ramp or stairs“
“My past two visits have been wonderful! The older woman working as the cashier in the grocery area was super sweet and offered me a bag for my leftovers! Make sure someone is constantly in the lobby cleaning!! The soda station had a lot of build up and tables had crumbs. Otherwise the food was great and there was a short wait for my order to be taken and the food to be served!“
“We ordered 100 donuts for my daughter's birthday brunch and it was such a hit with everyone at the party! I personally like to have a little bit of everything and these were perfect for that. We enjoyed all the flavors and our guests really liked the maple bacon, cinnamon roll, and puppy chow. We will definitely be back for more. Great service too!“
