I'm usually a huge fan of Braums. However since we moved back a few months ago we hadn't had a chance to eat an actual meal there yet. Last night our kids ordered chicken tenders and a cheeseburger. The burger had no cheese, and the tenders came with none of the sauces we ordered. Our 9 year old went back to the counter and told the cashier about the burger not having cheese and they went and got a cold piece of cheese and put it on top and handed it back to her. I ordered a large fry that cost almost $5 but when I opened the bag, the large box was 3/4 empty. Make sure you check your order before driving off. I didn't go back, just wanted to give y'all a heads up.

Fast food with a convenience store... interesting, I thought when I first saw it. We had burgers - nothing special. While they weren't bad, there was nothing memorable to say... that's a Braum Burger - yeah. Here's where I was taken back and I've been to three of these now... the staff does not seem to like working here. I have the 3 stars because they do the job, but there is no energy, smile, or personality in the process.
