The weekend morning shift at Pawnee and West St is the worse. They are rude, slow and the orders are usually wrong about 85% of the time. We always get a breakfast sandwich and it's either missing something or just straight up not what we ordered.
Their entire staff at the one at Dugan and Kellogg, today March 6th 2026. I sat in the outside drive-thru lane for 10 minutes and no one waited on me. they waited on three other cars on the inside lane. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. So due to their inability to wait on a customer, I didn't have time to eat lunch. Which is very detrimental to my health since I'm diabetic. Two young employees were messing around and cussing at each other in front of guests and there was a guest in there sitting at the tables not appropriate. I don't know where the manager was.
