The weekend morning shift at Pawnee and West St is the worse. They are rude, slow and the orders are usually wrong about 85% of the time. We always get a breakfast sandwich and it's either missing something or just straight up not what we ordered.
Their entire staff at the one at Dugan and Kellogg, today March 6th 2026. I sat in the outside drive-thru lane for 10 minutes and no one waited on me. they waited on three other cars on the inside lane. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. So due to their inability to wait on a customer, I didn't have time to eat lunch. Which is very detrimental to my health since I'm diabetic. workers are lazy ,don't wait on customers, argue over calling a kids meal kids meal versus saying happy meal. Tried to give wrong drink ordered and proceeded to complain about going to a different location to fill it. shoved drink out window with no straw. The last time I was eating with a young child in the dining room a drugged out man was harassing customers and a religious group was going around and bothering customers.
