The weekend morning shift at Pawnee and West St is the worse. They are rude, slow and the orders are usually wrong about 85% of the time. We always get a breakfast sandwich and it's either missing something or just straight up not what we ordered.
Their entire staff at the one at Dugan and Kellogg, today March 6th 2026. I sat in the outside drive-thru lane for 10 minutes and no one waited on me. they waited on three other cars on the inside lane. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. So due to their inability to wait on a customer, I didn't have time to eat lunch. Which is very detrimental to my health since I'm diabetic. My wife wanted me to get a medium fry because it was free on the app, but I told her they never fill it full so I’m going to pay extra for a large fry. When I got home, the box of fries was not even half full. I was so mad I couldn’t believe how few fries they put in it. It wasn’t even as much as what would be in a normal medium. I took a picture of it in disbelief. Don’t pay extra for large fry.
