Braum's as a company, I would give 10 stars. For this location I give a generous 3. This location can't seem to get a good manager in place. The most recent is slow, doesn't confirm your order, no have a nice day, and of the last 3 visits, all three orders have been incorrect. In the mornings they will ask you to pull forward to wait, and then completely forget about you. How is it possible that I am getting old fries at 11:05AM?

Love the Peanut butter cup , hot fudge sundae- straight up- no whipped topping or nuts or cherry!!!
I come here almost every day for breakfast. Many of the staff learn who you are and make you feel like a friend. Other than home this is the only place I go to for breakfast

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store offers a variety of good food options, though its drive-through service can be slow at times. The restaurant is known for providing excellent customer service, as evidenced by the manager's willingness to accommodate unique requests. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the store's cleanliness, with dusty and dirty walls, ceilings, and vents.
Many customers consider Braum's to be a favorite fast-food destination, though the level of friendliness from the staff can vary. The menu is diverse and kid-friendly, with a particular emphasis on ice cream for dessert. The staff has also been praised for their kindness and accommodating nature, such as keeping a customer's ice cream frozen and offering them a beverage while they were stranded. Wheelchair accessibility is available through ramps and automatic doors.
