The cheese and onion enchiladas are delicious! My 8 year old daughter ordered a taco with rice and beans. She can't wait to go back again. She loved the strawberry lemonade also. The decor is so cool. We love the different colors all painted on the same wall. Our service was friendly and fast.
I hadn't been to a Carlos O'Kelly's in probably 25 years, but found myself in the 13th street location the other day. The good: *Waiter was nice, responsive, no issues *The food tasted good, chips were fresh *They still have Atomic Salsa! *The prices were decent, didn't feel violated after I got the bill The bad: *The host (with a face tattoo.....) seemed annoyed that he was, well, hosting. Went in for lunch prior to a movie and well, still not impressed. Food flavor was okay but portion wise it was pretty sad. I've had much bigger servings at Taco Bell for a quarter of the price. Waited after asking for a refill for too long so ignoring that single party person for a table of 6 isn't cool.
