“My first time at this establishment. Read good things online & decided I wanted one of their famous cinnamon rolls since I was near the area. Very excited to find that have a drive thru.At 11:20 their "large" rolls were gone, but they offered me two of their "minis" to equal one large. I was blown away by the flavor & texture. They are definitely homemade & I've never had a more delicious cinnamon roll in my life, including my mom's.The $4 price seemed high until I ate the first bite. WOW! Now I'm craving that treat!“

“We came in this morning to have something healthy after the holidays and this place is great! Their menu is extensive with a lot of fun shakes to try and man oh man are the shakes good! The people who run the place are also very friendly and walked me through the menu which was very helpful. “First and foremost when I am speaking I'm speaking about the Starbucks on 29th and Rock Road these guys are excellent and in particular I'm speaking about the morning crew I have had a few troubles with the staff after the morning but nothing to where it was just out of line just a few hiccups and not the best attitudes but the morning crew hands down they are the best I've seen and I appreciate you guys so so much thank you for making my mornings much better not only good tasting food and drinks but the small talk the great conversations the customer service and the speed of service I really appreciate it thank you so much
Kid-friendliness: My kids love coming here! And not all drinks come with coffee and if they do you can always have the coffee removed!

“Service is okay. I had high expectations with it being a Starbucks, but I’ve found I have to explain how to make my drink (what I find to be a simple request) every time I go. It’s a grande caramel mocha frapp with just caramel drizzle on top. Nothing special. But because there is a button for a caramel frapp and a button for a mocha frapp, it apparently is very difficult for some to figure out how to key it in. ??♀️ there is one barista, Mariah, that NAILS it every time. She’s the bees knees and the reason I will keep coming back.“

Fatima always has such a happy attitude whenever we come in, and she always says hello to me, even when she’s not the one taking my order!We were in a few weeks ago and the “Starbucks Lead” was working, not sure of her name but I think it started with a T, and we got awful vibes. The way she talked to her employee was atrocious. Spoke to her with an attitude and used hand gestures like she was talking to a toddler. And in front of a customer no less! I got this from a 5 minute interaction; I can only imagine how she treats all of the staff behind closed doors.I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I’ve worked for people like her and I hated it. Starbucks Lead T needs a reality check.“

Their prices are lower than any other Starbucks location and she made my drink right lol usually it’s too watery or too sweet but she made it perfect I wish I tipped larger. The worker was a girl, brown hair forgot her name tho :( really wish she gets a raise“
