I love ribbon crunch, I order extra extra but it seems they cannot ever get it correct…. I even tell the barista. Still cannot do it correctly. I figured well I’ll go in nope can’t get it right… that one thing stopped them from possible 4-5 stars.
This Starbuck’s Coffee, Staff & Location is Fantastic!.. (Highly Recommended!) ??- Ordered a Hot Caramel Macchiato Latte and a Medium Cup of Ice Water. Find a Good Table; Break out my MacBook Pro and I’ll sit their drinking my Coffee while working on my MacBook Pro for 1-2 Hours depending on the occasion.. Quite often, I even Buy a 2nd Cup of Coffee… ??

It was a Christmas Eve afternoon so it was busy both inside and in the drive-thru line, however it was to be expected. Unfortunately it impacted our service and drinks. Neither of our coffee drinks tasted like what we ordered and one tasted burnt. I'm ok with drinks being a little off but this was way off.
