Good food and portions were excellent.
Today's visit was a little disappointing. A few of the ingredients (fried veggies etc) had run out and they hadn't started making more so we had to do without. Forks and spoons were completely empty so had to ask for them as well. On a good note, they have Mr. Pibb in the soda fountain!

The food quality is great. But the experience of coming into the store and ordering through a delivery service is terrible.
When I walk in and order a to go, the portions are proper and service is friendly.
But if I order DoorDash or UberEats they skimp, and I mean a lot.

Ordered ahead on the app, had no trouble picking it up but the employees seemed so rude 😭 they acted like I was a huge inconvenience, although there were only 2 customers in line at the time, so they weren't unusually busy or anything.
Also the overall portion looked great, but there were genuinely 12 little pieces of chicken. TWELVE. Y'all cant keep getting away with this
