This store is very dirty! Tables are never cleaned floors never swept. Not enough employees I get that. The employees that are there are more worried about to-go orders and catering orders! They are not worried about lines all the way to the entrance! I waited patiently for 20 minutes or more only 1 person working the line one cooking and someone in the back that would pop up to ring 1 customer then back to the back again. The guy cooking comes out takes the whole tub of steak says we're out. Thats for a catering order! Why would he not be making steak for a catering order while he was cooking for 20 mins while we waited! Who comes and takes all of one on the main dishes off the line! I won't be back! To this location or any other Chipotle!

I've been here somewhat often. The wait is a killer at times, but mostly because people LIKE the food, not because "they're slow." And waiting is relative. If yhe line is at the door, then you're likely walking out in 15 or so minutes
Placed a pick up order on the app. Arrived when it was supposed to be ready and had to wait 35 minutes before my order was prepared. Inside of the restaurant was trashed. There was garbage spilling out of trash cans and glass shards all over the floor from a broken bottle. Love Chipotle but will never go to this location again.

I usually like eating chipotle, but this time my burrito was poorly wrapped and had a hole in the tortilla then after a while, I started experiencing food poisoning symptoms. My boyfriend did not experience any food poisoning which we realized that the only thing I had on my burrito he didn’t was chicken. I believe the chicken from my burrito gave me food poisoning now I have nausea, diarrhea chills And in a lot of pain, and I don’t think I’ll eat at this chipotle ever again

I've never been super disappointed with Chipotle. Sometimes the food isn't perfect but the staff is always really nice and the restaurant is warm and has upbeat music playing. I'm a huge fan of ordering ahead now since they have the food waiting on the shelf before I arrive. I understand there's so e risk with that but I've never had a bad experience with it. I definitely recommend this place if you're needing a quick dinner for your family or if you need to swing by and pick up lunch and eat at your desk.

I know a guy who worked there for one day and told not to return. This person has many years of experience. I've worked in retail for 25 years, Dillons included. ?STAY AWAY? WOW, what a visit. I saw the GM (Dustin/Justin?) fire some kid right in THE DINING ROOM because he had tattoos. THIS PLACE ISNT FRIENDLY TO MINORITIES/TATTOOS, or other things that "don't fit his vibe"(HIS WORDS). I was beside myself hearing it walking out!!!! Has to be illegal!!! I will be calling corporate, I could see the kid didn't know he was being fired probably ILLEGALLY. On top of that staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional, talking CRAZY about other coworkers to where people can hear. Opposite of family environment and living in 1950 with how they treat employees!!!
