Great 👍
Great customer service and quick as well. The employees always work as well as they can, even if they're shortstaffed. Will come again!
Trina at the McDonald’s drive thru on Maize & 21st did an awesome job! She was super friendly, polite, and had a great attitude. The service was quick, our order was right, and she made the whole experience better just by being so welcoming. It’s always nice to see someone who actually cares about giving good customer service. Keep up the great work, Trina! 🙌🍟 she also helped me with my truck shes into cars and my poor truck ran out of power so she helped me jump it...read full review

McDonald's offers fresh and good food with quick and friendly service. The parking can be tricky when busy, especially since the remodel should have included an access update to reduce bottlenecks. There is no play area for kids, but there is enough space for families. Some customers have experienced issues with the app's waiting time after changing orders, though most find the staff usually fixes problems quickly. Recently, there have been reports of staff members appearing irritated or rude at times, which affects the overall experience. Despite these issues, the food is always exactly as ordered and fresh. Occasionally, a manager may be unhelpful or unfriendly, but generally, the restaurant tries to do a decent job.
