Eehh, I have been to this Starbucks a few times at the drive thru and have always had an extended wait. I thought I would avoid it by using the app for a change. And I did. I still got in the store before my simple order was done. But the wait inside the store wasn't so bad. Called my name. Picked up my coffee and headed to my car. Terrible at managing their drink queue. Constantly waiting for drinks when ordering inside while the drive thru keeps moving. My food is usually cold by the time I get my drink when dining in. Saw a physical altercation about take place over the disorganized drive thru. Longest average wait time of any starbucks I've been too. Suggestion- Move dine in to the front of the queue.

I have never had a bad experience with this Starbucks until I noticed different employees. The first time my drink was a Chai latte and was straight coffee when I told the barista it was not Chai she literally said it is like I don't know what that taste like since I only have ever ordered that. The second time they were all out of Chai.
