I originally gave this Taco Bell 3 stars! But I went in today told the cashier what happened and the kind man called over his manager and told her what happened. The manager (thanks to the cashier) approved to remake my order. This time made correctly.
Yummers! Angelina served us and was so awesome!
Ordered at 5:20, received food at 6:17. Busy, yes, that busy, no. Poorly managed and operated. Prioritizing drive thru only, likely for a metric, that they aren't hitting at their speed. Ordered through the app, 2 dine in customers received orders 10-15 minutes before me after I had already been waiting over 30 minutes. Not worth my time. Won't be back. I know nobody cares about my taco bell review, but there it is.
