I rarely eat at fast food restaurants because I have a healthier diet these days but I decided to stop in to Taco Bell at this location for a quick bite. The person who took my order was super friendly and my food was ready by the time I got my napkins and sauce together. I sat down and began to eat and Jack was cleaning some areas and asked if I wanted a drink since he noticed I did not have one. I did not end up wanting one but we end up speaking for about 5 minutes and had a pleasant conversation. Next time I have a Taco Bell craving I will most definitely go to this location.

I asked for 10 packets from my doordash order and they only gave me 4. Whenever I go there I always check my bag because the people working there never give you sauce or when they do, they give you 1 packet out of spite.
Almost every time I go to this store, the order is never right. Every single time, I order with no lettuce and no tomato and every single time its like they don't care what it says, they make it how they want it. By the time the lettuce and tomatoes are picked off the burrito, there nothing left but basically a tortilla with portions of sauce so small that it makes McDonald's sauces look like large amounts and next to no meat or anything on it. Y'all need to do better because your workers can't read something as simple as no lettuce or tomato. It's ridiculous.

Was stuck in the drive through for an hour, staff was unapologetic and rude and to top it off our order was wrong. They have been rude every time we have come here. Very unfortunate. Just spend the 5 extra minutes to venture a different location.

I just ordered 6 tacos and was given 3 tacos because they can’t get the order right but yet they definitely can charge the customer for whatever they want to but can’t even get the order correctlyThis has happened to me several times and it is ridiculousYour employees need to check every order before handing it to the customer from now on.

They can't get a order right not just 1 time but twice I ordered LG nacho fries, 4 chicken soft tacos, a chicken Chalupa no sour cream no tomatoes, and 12 pack Cinnabon delights. Well not what I got 2x instead of fries they gave me nachos both times, and something I don't even know what it was had a bunch of lettuce in the container. I have no clue what's up if they just hear nacho and thats it or just don't care, but the manager talking to me like I'm stupid and don't know the difference between FRIES & CHIPS and yes I got a attitude after he talked to me like I'm a complete idiot, they need to get their stuff together and actually LISTEN to the order instead of chasing girls/boys in the kitchen and arguing with the customer about what they ordered, I'd give 0 stars if I could
