I've been going to this location for years now, and I've rarely had a good experience. My nitro cold brew has been sent out as a normal more times than I can count. They've frequently charged me more for the exact same drink than other locations around the city. Every single time you go through the drive through, it's an insanely long wait time. The staff always sells you pastries that they've ran out of. I've never experienced any of these scenarios with such regularity at any other Starbucks location.

There is a girl there who will constantly make your drink wrong every single time. Pretty sure it’s on purpose. I have always been nice but that girl is just rude and makes my drink wrong. I watched her make it wrong and asked her if she could not add stuff to my drink that I didn’t ask for and she ignored me. Then places drink at the counter that was made incorrectly. Do not come to this Starbucks!

Horrible place, took 20 mins for me to get a drink. There was no line all the employees were joking around and not doing anything when I asked if my drink was almost ready they ignored me. Never going back again❗️❗️

Absolutely terrible service, took 25 min for 2 coffees and no line. The employees were to busy talking to one another to care about the customers orders. Employees fail to realize that without customers they don’t have jobs.

At 21st and Amidon they lock the Bathroom doors, not a fan of that, but do understand because of the area.

Food is nasty. Drinks are made disgusting even though you waited over 20 minutes. Baristas stand around. Cafe customers are treated second rate to drive through. Consistently a bad experience. I've gone multiple times and had the same crummy experience. Lack of service and respect for people's time.

Got the entire order wrong. All three drinks were messed up in some way and did not match the sticker on the cup.
I have never had a bad experience with this Starbucks until I noticed different employees. The first time my drink was a Chai latte and was straight coffee when I told the barista it was not Chai she literally said it is like I don't know what that taste like since I only have ever ordered that. The second time they were all out of Chai. And now my drink is right but my food looks crazy like they dropped it on the floor and still put it in the bag and the egg bites were wrong as well I always get the same order and I'm just a bit disappointed is all bc this was one of the best but for some reason it's fallen from grace... But at least the barista had a nice smile even though they all seemed tense...

Eehh, I have been to this Starbucks a few times at the drive thru and have always had an extended wait. I thought I would avoid it by using the app for a change. And I did. I still got in the store before my simple order was done. But the wait inside the store wasn't so bad. Called my name. Picked up my coffee and headed to my car. Took a sip...I am not even sure if it was room temperature! I took it back in and asked if they typically sold cold coffee?!? Lol.. the woman at the counter seemed surprised when she checked that it was indeed cold coffee. They immediately made me a cup of pour over coffee. Not sure how you can confuse a cold cup of coffee with a hot one. I will probably give them one more chance.

Went to pick up my order said to go around as it was not ready and they would bring it out, waited ten minutes and then I went inside as I never received it. My order was placed on the counter waiting for pickup while the employees stood around and we're leaning on the counter. Worst service ever! Won't go again!

21st & Amidon location. Worst Caramel Cinnamon Nitro Cold Brew I've ever had...and I love them...not as much as the now defunct Cinnamon Dolce Latte but a girl must adapt. Unfortunately I didn't try it until after driving off from the "longest wait ever" drive thru or I would have asked for another. Thankfully I was headed home so I could doctor it up. Bitter, bitter, bitter cold brew, virtually no cinnamon caramel syrup, and it was barely chilled/cold. There appeared to be a lot of staff working. If there were other issues in-store, they were not visually apparent.
