“They have beef ribs! Overall it's pretty great barbeque, especially for Wichita! Reasonably priced and great service. You can tell the owner puts in some hard work smoking the meat. “We ate at Barrel Boys today for lunch. Honestly, I am really really picky with meat and I’m telling you this was the best BBQ we have ever had anywhere, including KC barbecue! I had brisket and my hubby had ribs, we both shared with each other. For sides I had the brisket baked beans and creamy corn, both delicious! The brisket was so lean and tender and so were the ribs. Great addition to Wichita and we can’t wait to go back! When the weather cools off, the outdoor dining will be great!“

“Some of the best BBQ in town. Had ribs tonight that not only fell off the bone, but ran from the bone. These ribs were so full of flavor that I felt bad for everyone around me that weren’t eating them. This comfort food is so comfortable that it should be in sweatpants and an oversized t-shirt. If you haven’t checked out Fat Boyz, you’re missing out like your friend that hasn’t watched Black Mirror yet.“

“Daniel Denton and the team at the Hog Wild Pit BBQ were asked to cater an event that would be feeding over 1,000 people. To make it more challenging, food needed to be delivered not only locally but to five other locations up to 3 hours away and on different days. The level of service and support they provided were well above and beyond anything we expected! They took great care to package the food to ensure it was hot and fresh for delivery. During the main event, they assisted with the layout and set up for serving. Mr. Denton and the owner of Hog Wild even took it upon themselves to stay and help serve! The food was delicious and everyone was incredibly happy with the serving portions. I just cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Mr. Denton and his entire team for their support of our event. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!“

“I can't remember it was either June or it was. May I know it was one of those months that was our waitress's name. Not when we ate there and she was awesome, very knowledgeable, very friendly, checked on us regularly to make sure we were taken care of and the service was very awesome would recommend this place highly some good sandwiches too as well. She was incredibly kind, funny, and patient with us and had us smiling and laughing the entire time. She checked in at just the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made us feel welcome.

“It had been years since I have been to Longhorn and I feel really sad about not going back sooner because from the service to the food and the prices for the value you get are outstanding! One of the many steaks our group ordered was overcooked and they made it right… ASAP!! and the waitress said keep the overdone steak and have it with eggs in the morning. That is the way this restaurant does business. The manager came back to make sure the replacement steak was as expected and it was indeed perfect. Thank you, Longhorn! Yeeeeehawwwwww!!“

“Lunch boxes are large. Korean ramen very yummy, be careful with the spicy level, Korean spice is a whole nother level of face melting numbness. The DIY BBQ is a massive event be careful ordering all that food. Rice bowels are a delight especially the stone bowls option. I have to eaten here at least 20 times.“
