“How can this place not have 5 stars yet?! It’s sooo good. The meat, the smoke, the perfect size, great sauces and that little bit of extra tanginess with self serve pickles and peppers 😙👌🏻 delicious, really! The guestroom is clean, the bathrooms are too, and what I saw from the kitchen was clean too.
Big shoutout to the gentleman who explained the menu to us. As first timers we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you ☺

“I was recommended Knackies by someone who had hired them for catering. Kay was wonderful to work with. I work night shifts, and she didn't mind my responses being delayed. On the day of the event, she arrived early and had everything set up before it was time to start. Don't even get me started on how tender and juicy the brisket was. I've never had brisket this good. The sides I chose were also excellent. We had a larger party, and there was plenty of food. The meal included drinks and buffet maintenance. I would recommend Knackies to anyone who will listen!“

“We have had Brandon and crew cater my husband's business Christmas supper three times in recent years. They are easy to work with, the food is over the top delicious every time with many options for meat, side dishes and dessert. The meat is so very good. We have had it at the Coffee Shed in Galva and it is always a nice quiet atmosphere with lovely table decor. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Highly recommended .“
