I was recommended Knackies by someone who had hired them for catering. Kay was wonderful to work with. I work night shifts, and she didn't mind my responses being delayed. On the day of the event, she arrived early and had everything set up before it was time to start. Don't even get me started on how tender and juicy the brisket was. I've never had brisket this good.
