“I rated it a five. But the service didnt quite deserve it. Not their fault and nothkng too awful, service honestly was fine, but could have been more professional. Only thing is she asked her buddy if she could go outside for a break. She should have asked him quietly. We hadnt been taken care of yet and i felt unimportant a bit. Just letting you know because I served for a long time.“
“We always see a line of cars hacks blocking Main Street at this place, so we dipped in . The service was high energy, and positive. A man cooking in the back smiled and welcomed us. The young lady that took our order said she had been there a couple of years already. She recommended a pulled pork sandwich for my son, and I went for a brisket and hot link sandwich. The meats were amazingly tender and tasty. My only thing was... the hot sauce is not hot. I like spicy.“
“Rib Crib in Hutch has turned out to be our favorite place when we dine out because of the staff. Sabrina is the best waitress in town! We have had other servers there and I we have had a pleasant experience each time. The food is great too!“
“If you're having s bad day, you'll want to stop in to Roy's Roy's is a staple of the community in Hutchinson, KS and they definitely do make you feel like you're part of that, even if you're just passing through. Dining here felt like dining at a friends house: cozy and welcomed! I had the small sandwich meal with beef brisket. I was given a small plate for my sides, which was great bc that means you are NOT leaving hungry. The portion was just right. What was even better than the portion size was the actual food. The beef brisket melted in my mouth like butter. Juicy. Yum. The homemade bbq sauce made my palette feel as though it took a trip to Disney World. Yes. It was exciting and bursting with flavors. An equal balance of spicy and sweet. The consistency of the sauce allowed for the perfect bite. Not watery and not super thick like most bbq sauces. This bbq sauce changed my life. Don't think about it, just have your lunch or dinner here.“
