We have been going to Dempsey‘s pretty much once a week for more than 10 years. The service has always been spectacular (Reggie is a legend!), but the food … is usually great, but sometimes there are weeks where the quality tanks. My mother always asks for a well done burger (please forgive her) and it came out medium rare tonight, even though our server has her requests memorized perfectly and I’m certain he put her order in correctly. Love Dempseys! great food, awesome atmosphere and the burgers are always on point. BUT the new fries are terrible... like legit so bad and hard. So definitely go but skip the fries til they figure this out.
