Went there once but we will give them a second chance. Service was a little slow but my main gripe was they brought my beer in a can and just sat it on the table. After the food came. This is supposed to be a pub.
We have been going to Dempsey‘s pretty much once a week for more than 10 years. The service has always been spectacular (Reggie is a legend!), but the food … is usually great, but sometimes there are weeks where the quality tanks. My mother always asks for a well done burger (please forgive her) and it came out medium rare tonight, even though our server has her requests memorized perfectly and I’m certain he put her order in correctly. Food wasn't that good and waitress took it upon herself to water my kids' drinks down. I am their mom and don't need anyone making those decisions for me! Stay in your lane. The location and atmosphere is awesome, though. maybe it's just not a very family friendly place.
