“We placed a mobile order around 6:50 (not really paying attention- our fault). We got there to get our order and they said they were closed. No big deal, I just wanted to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged. Glad they are taking the safety of their employees seriously. Kaylin Knopp was so amazing! She went above and beyond, made sure that my order was canceled in the system and the kitchen. She was so nice and took the time to make sure we were taken care of completely.“

“After going to the nearby subway and leaving due to old lettuce and spinach, I drove over to Arby’s as I hadn’t been to one in a long while. my market fresh turkey was just that, fresh and good. The guy working the drive thru was friendly which is great as most drive thru staff hand you your bag of food with not even a thanks or have a good day, but he did and it was appreciated.“

“The people that took my order and brought it out were very sweet. It was busy when I got there but they were very efficient (I got my food 5 ish minutes after ordering). I recommend if you want iced coffee, that you just get the normal cold brew, that's what I normally get. The french vanilla is a little too sweet.“

“Ben was working all by himself on a Sunday evening. Several mobile orders were ahead of us and he politely let us know he’d get to us as soon as possible. He advised other customers that came in thru drive thru and inside. He worked very quickly and made our sandwiches perfectly.

I saw the “now hiring” sign on the door, so I imagine he was alone because of being short staffed. I just want to give a shoutout because he’s working so hard.
