“Never have I been in a place that has been so un costumer friendly! First of all walk in the door there arguing about who is going to have to come out and serve me. They sent out the new hire, while two guys stood back there and rudely said things and when she asked for help they where telling her the wrong items to put on . They where very loud and the f bomb was thrown out a few times. I even said you should come out and help then they rudely said things will never go back !“

“What a blessing it was to come into visit this evening! Definitely warmed our hearts, as we had been gifted two free meal cards to eat with from a friend and that in itself was a blessing because we are struggling financially.

Upon presenting our free item cards they delivered our food with a warm message from the company that I believe was yet another gift from the Lord himself.

This message included a verse from Philippians 2:3 “ do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, rather through humility value others above yourself”

What a beautiful message in such a struggle in our lives. This made my daughter joyful and we will definitely be continuing to give this location our service!

“We placed a mobile order around 6:50 (not really paying attention- our fault). We got there to get our order and they said they were closed. No big deal, I just wanted to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged. Glad they are taking the safety of their employees seriously. Kaylin Knopp was so amazing! She went above and beyond, made sure that my order was canceled in the system and the kitchen. She was so nice and took the time to make sure we were taken care of completely.“

“After going to the nearby subway and leaving due to old lettuce and spinach, I drove over to Arby’s as I hadn’t been to one in a long while. my market fresh turkey was just that, fresh and good. The guy working the drive thru was friendly which is great as most drive thru staff hand you your bag of food with not even a thanks or have a good day, but he did and it was appreciated.“

“Visiting from Florida and every time I make it out west I make sure to visit Spangles regularly during my stay. I've never been disappointed with anything I order. Can't say how much I love the garlic parm fries!! Had talked them up to my husband so much when I 1st tried them in April 2025 and this visit he said I had been right. They are delicious. Wish I could get that seasoning to have at home in Florida.“

Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

“The food was okay the fries were very stale. The service was great they were super friendly and informative when I asked about products! They also had an appointment extremely clean establishment, even the bathrooms were impeccable so had to rate them well ❤️‍ will check back in on those fries later lol hopefully next time they'll be fresh“

“Usually I like Dairy Queen, however, today I do not. Around noon (no customers in the store), I ordered (to go) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 ice cream cupcakes. It was not until I got home that I realized I was 1 Bacon Cheeseburger short. I am not happy! Not sure I will go back to this location even though it is the most convenient for me.“

“The bread today was a little tough. When we took a bite, the inside of the sandwich squeezes out. The meat was all on one end of the sandwich instead of being spread out evenly. Too much mayo….mayo & lettuce squeezed out all over our plate!“

“The East Central Subway is my favorite Subway in Wichita! It's clean and the food is very good for the price point. Actually, the coupons make the sandwiches a great value!

“While the food and service was good, I was shocked to see how the lobby was being cleaned. One thin rag and no cleaning solution. That single rag was used on tables, chairs, counters, fountain drink grates etc. And after all of that alleged cleaning, the table next to us was still dirty. I can only wonder how the trays are being cleaned.“

“The manager Kristin was very helpful with communicating with me and giving me updates about my order. The store had loss power the morning of our event and we ordered Pizza Hut delivery. She gave me updates and was very helpful getting the order refund resolved.“
