We placed a mobile order around 6:50 (not really paying attention- our fault). We got there to get our order and they said they were closed. No big deal, I just wanted to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged. Glad they are taking the safety of their employees seriously.
Kaylin Knopp was so amazing! She went above and beyond, made sure that my order was canceled in the system and the kitchen. She was so nice and took the time to make sure we were taken care of completely.
Sorry , but last nt was a big disappointment, made a review & the result a free desert ! Fire or demote the young manager on duty last nt.
We will drive to central & Rock for now on & deal with traffic & the crowd then be treated like that.
