“Probably good not sure . It was drive thru only so left with out ordering. Dining in at KFC would of been way better . Just my opinion by time I had gotten home all the food would of been cold and uhmm yuck on reheating in microwave. Wanted to eat at that time not an hour later which is how long it took . So we went somewhere else.“
“I've had their smoked chicken before, but had never had one of their sandwiches. I asked Susan at the counter what she would recommend. She then asked me if I liked spicy. I said yes but I prefer spicy and sweet. She told me I should definitely try the chicken and waffle sandwich. I did and it was terrific! I was really impressed with how good it was and will definitely have it again. Susan was so helpful and nice, she came by our table to make sure we enjoyed it all and then was sure to give me a refill on my iced tea as we left. A great food experience! I will be back. “Unfortunetely, I did not want to do a review, I wanted to send you a message both directly and privately, but looks like you don't offer that option. When we have the money to be able to eat at your establishment, we have enjoyed and looked forward to the quality and value and that's why today was really a shock when I opened the bag after walking home (granted it's less than half a block to my apartment) to find my order of okra was missing, the catfish wasn't spicy like I ordered and rather put on the side and when I tasted it, it was tasteless, like it was just cornmeal only? So I walked back to see what could be done. I was made to pay for okra AGAIN thinking I had already paid for it because of the price I had paid previously. "I could have gotten the trio for what I paid for the order, only to be told "I am absolutely not remaking the order, baby (the exact words of your employee working late afternoon on 10/12... also referred to as baby a few times in our conversation also). Very inappropriate and unacceptable term to use in a business environment. Not trying to put you on blast, as business owners ourselves we know how a bad review can affect your business. Not sure if anything can be done about this, but my husband is still looking Forward to your spicy catfish next time we are able to make it in as one bad experience doesn't take away from the good ones, which all the others have been and why we are confused and disappointed to be out money and tonight's dinner.“
“C.J was an amazing server. He was going around refilling peoples drinks, taking customers trays, cleaning tables right when customer's left. I was sitting there while my son was playing in the play area and I had half of a wrap left over, he asked if I wanted a bag for my wrap or an ice water while I waited for my son to finish up playing. You never see that type of amazing service at a fast food restaurant.“
