“We placed a mobile order around 6:50 (not really paying attention- our fault). We got there to get our order and they said they were closed. No big deal, I just wanted to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged. Glad they are taking the safety of their employees seriously. Kaylin Knopp was so amazing! She went above and beyond, made sure that my order was canceled in the system and the kitchen. She was so nice and took the time to make sure we were taken care of completely.“

“Wish I could Give this restaurant 10 stars. I have been having an issue in Wichita with bad customer service, especially in the fast food industry… Including, but not limited to most places around here, closing early, closing their lobbies early and closing their stations down early. Not this place I went after 10 PM and they Threw me down fresh tenders and the woman in the drive-through had excellent customer service skills! Very friendly and polite! This will be my new KFC Moving forward.“

“Best experience I have ever had at a Popeyes. I go to Popeyes on Tuesdays for their special and was treated with respect and courtesy. Niya was my cashier and she went above and beyond my rcpectations, using the word Sir and offering me a cold refreshing free water because I looked thirsty. Your employee made my day and made you proud. Thank you.“

“We are so grateful for Waffle Bus in Derby! They have been incredibly generous in supporting our community and local kids, and their kindness truly stands out. The food is always delicious, the service is friendly, and they consistently show what it means to be a local business that gives back. We appreciate their support more than they know and highly recommend stopping by and supporting them!“
