“We placed a mobile order around 6:50 (not really paying attention- our fault). We got there to get our order and they said they were closed. No big deal, I just wanted to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged. Glad they are taking the safety of their employees seriously. Kaylin Knopp was so amazing! She went above and beyond, made sure that my order was canceled in the system and the kitchen. She was so nice and took the time to make sure we were taken care of completely.“

I have been having an issue in Wichita with bad customer service, especially in the fast food industry… Including, but not limited to most places around here, closing early, closing their lobbies early and closing their stations down early. Not this place I went after 10 PM and they Threw me down fresh tenders and the woman in the drive-through had excellent customer service skills! Very friendly and polite!
