“Wish I could Give this restaurant 10 stars. I have been having an issue in Wichita with bad customer service, especially in the fast food industry… Including, but not limited to most places around here, closing early, closing their lobbies early and closing their stations down early. Not this place I went after 10 PM and they Threw me down fresh tenders and the woman in the drive-through had excellent customer service skills! Very friendly and polite! This will be my new KFC Moving forward.“

“Experience was fantastic not only did closing shift meet the high unexpected rush on top of a catering I tip my hat to all of them especially the closing manager not only did she handle the rush like a true boss she stayed calm you know some time us big backs customers complain entirely to much sometimes and we don’t applaud when a team executes as a team even though closing was near they handle it straight like a boss I applaud you all and Ay Popeyes if you ever need a commercial I got your “Ain’t Nothing Better Than Popeyes” I can write you a jingle to show appreciation I normally write and make music late so it was so refreshing to get great customer service and great food God Bless“

“We placed a mobile order around 6:50 (not really paying attention- our fault). We got there to get our order and they said they were closed. No big deal, I just wanted to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged. Glad they are taking the safety of their employees seriously. Kaylin Knopp was so amazing! She went above and beyond, made sure that my order was canceled in the system and the kitchen. She was so nice and took the time to make sure we were taken care of completely.“
