“After wanting to go here for so long, my kids and I were finally able to make it out and LOVED it! The owner and even a fellow shopper were SO kind to both myself and my kids, they chatted with them while I looked around at everything they had (and it was SO much!) We are definitely adding it into our weekly store trips 🤍 Bonus; the prices were very very reasonable and even found things I usually buy from target/dillions for half the price!”

“My friend and I came on a monday at lunchtime at Louis Rose Hill cafe in Kansas. 107 Main. My friend got the chicken fried steak sandwich and fries, which the fries were seasoned and they were big and fat. So I actually snuck a few French fries, they were really good. And his burger was very generously sized, and it came with lettuce, and one slice of tomato, which was kind of dinky tomato on there. But it was still good. And I had the Mushroom Swiss burger, which had lots of mushrooms on it and generous cheese and the burger part was well cooked, not that it was overcooked. But that it was actually cooked all the way through, and it was a very thick handmade Patty. You could tell it was not some sort of weird fake hamburger meat. It was real meat tasted great and it was so big, in fact, that I could only eat half of my sandwich. They did a free refill on my pop, which it was Dr. Pepper. And that was awesome, and it's not fancy inside. Just so, you know, but it's got a chalkboard menu. Their prices are extremely reasonable. It was like under $6 for my sandwich. It was $9 and change for the soda and the sandwich I did not get fries, but again it was more than what I could eat. So it's very reasonable and there's places to sit down inside. And when we got in there, it was right at lunchtime, and lots of people came and got their food to go. And also I think pretty much all the tables were full of patrons eating in. So I highly recommend this place. It looks like the only business in this little tiny. I think 4 shop strip mall. I indicated the address before it's the only thing there. And you probably would just drive right by, or miss it or not. Have any idea how good the food is? So that's why that's why i'm telling you on this review.It's well worth your time and your money to go eat there”

“We live in andover and found happy house on google. Very pleasantly surprised. We met owner Sue and her husband who own the restaurant. My son and I ordered the chicken lo mein and it was excellent! We will be back.”

“We came out for our first time today and were unsure of how it all worked, the owners were there to walk us though it all and were so friendly. Our 13 year old even got some pointers from one of the owners about how to properly swing his bat. We were very impressed and will definitely be back!”

“Never have I been in a place that has been so un costumer friendly! First of all walk in the door there arguing about who is going to have to come out and serve me. They sent out the new hire, while two guys stood back there and rudely said things and when she asked for help they where telling her the wrong items to put on . They where very loud and the f bomb was thrown out a few times. I even said you should come out and help then they rudely said things will never go back !”

“Finally stopped by last night. Husband and son both got egg toast and they were great. I got the mayak egg cupbap. It was okay. But I was sad to get an over cooked fried egg and not a traditional soft to medium boiled marinated egg. It still tasted good and I will come back. But the mayak egg is not a mayak egg.”

“I tried hot berries and crêpes for the first time today. What a pleasant experience! The restaurant is immaculate - so clean, organized, spacious. The atmosphere was calming and enjoyable with music playing and a relaxing scene on the tv monitor. I was waited on quickly and talked to with appreciation by the owner. I tried the savory crêpe with rotisserie chicken mozzarella and pesto. It was generously filled and was delicious! Next time I want to try the Panini’s that I’ve heard so much about or one of their sweet crêpes or waffles. Give it a try and support a local business!”

“We have been going to the Las Vaquitas Mexican Restaurant since Caesar and Connie recruited their family and opened their doors to Derby residents. It’s rare to find a place where the owners are in the kitchen and on the floor making sure every guest feels welcome. The food is incredible and service is professional and friendly. I thought the idea of covering the check of a few of their patrons was a sweet holiday idea. When it happened to us, we were incredibly grateful. Huge thanks to the entire staff for showing their appreciation to a couple of regular customers. Please support this LOCAL restaurant, you will not be disappointed!!!”
