If I could give Iron Jacket BBQ 10 stars, I absolutely would! The food is stellar and worth every penny, but what really stands out is the passion the owner puts into what he does. You can see it in the quality of the food and the experience he creates. It’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about what you’re going to order next time. Hands down, a must-try in Mulvane!
I’m very picky when it comes to BBQ. This place is at the top of my list. Everything is done to perfection with an outstanding flavor profile. Do not pass up the chance for some absolutely delicious BBQ!

It is the kind of place you leave already thinking about what you are going to order next time. The burnt ends and brisket are full of fabulous flavor. The chicken and pulled pork are also favorites. The texas style brisket is great, and the tangy texas sauce paired perfectly with the brisket. The espresso sauce was also great. The mac and cheese is an excellent side. A 15 lb brisket, a large pan of baked beans, and macaroni and cheese were ordered for a birthday party through the owner, who was very easy to deal with. The food was very good and ready when needed. This is a small operation but the meat had big flavor. It is always great to support a local business.
