We have been going to the Las Vaquitas Mexican Restaurant since Caesar and Connie recruited their family and opened their doors to Derby residents. It’s rare to find a place where the owners are in the kitchen and on the floor making sure every guest feels welcome. The food is incredible and service is professional and friendly. Las Vaquitas is one of those local gems you just can’t beat. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic — you can tell everything is made with care. It’s a true family-run spot, and the owners make you feel right at home every time you walk in. Great food, great people, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
