I was in the drive though, at around 2:00, and it went pretty quickly, and there was not much to complain about. I was just given a faulty straw; that's about it. Employees could be a little friendlier, but they weren't rude—so good job, Derby.Vegetarian options: Theres a side salad.Parking: About like 10-20 I didn't really count.Kid-friendliness: It's dairy Queen what more friendly then that.
The ladies who answered through the drive thru were very nice and patient. The food tasted great when it came out. We didn't wait long at all! We would definitely be going there again when we go to Derby!

Drive thru was very busy so went inside. Seemed like people were standing around and really didn't know what to do, but a few others were working really hard. Very unorganized seemed. The ones standing around could have been outside, it was a very nice day, taking orders to expedite the drive thru Or been cleaning tables etc.
