“So I ordered the tuna sandwich cold wich was great , just like a homemade tuna sandwich. ?? however I ate half , took the other half home , added Siracha sauce , and pepper Jack cheese and baked it ... chef's kiss , the bread is amazing baked , and added that extra that the sandwich needed for a spicy tuna mmm soo good !!!

“NuWay is an institution in Wichita. The original location and this location are now the only two in the city. This one is in the more modern style, and the restaurant was clean, and service was good. However, I found the food not as I remembered. The NuWay bun was stale, and the “crumbly burger” was also. However, the onion rings were some of the best I’ve had.
NuWay is still an experience of which one should partake.“

“After my previous experience, I was a bit hesitant to return, but I'm so glad I did! McAlister Deli truly went above and beyond to make this visit fantastic. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. I tried their Italian sandwich it was absolutely delicious! and it exceeded all my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were fresh. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made sure my meal was just right.“

“I just had the best experience here!!! I did an online order& ordered a chicken/ avocado flat bread and an Italian calzone.. when I got there they only had the flat bread ready to go (unfortunately bc of the way the ticket came out it looked like the order was combined and was looked over! Rebecca (the manager) was absolutely amazing& got right to making my missed order! Unfortunately the flat bread got cold while waiting so she offered to make a fresh new& hot one! 🥰 She was seriously the sweetest& nicest ever!!!“

“Subway is always good I'm with my two sons they had this drive-thru beeping noise that was extremely annoying and would keep beeping really loud until the drive-thru order was fulfilled we went at a busy time so that buzzer noise went on and on and on the whole time we were there ordering and eating it was very annoying we ate as fast as we could to get out of there but the employees were really nice they did a good job making her food I just won't dine in there again they should do something about that beeping noise“

“The bread today was a little tough. When we took a bite, the inside of the sandwich squeezes out. The meat was all on one end of the sandwich instead of being spread out evenly. Too much mayo….mayo & lettuce squeezed out all over our plate!“

Every time I come in here (I frequent subway ALOT. I am a hungry boi), I am greeted by whoever is working, and helped create whatever my tummy, heart and mind is craving at the time.
My usual is really anything with the schmeatBALLS, as they always got them hot ready and absolutely saucy at the west central location. Make that jawn double meat by throwing on some sliced pepperoni. Now we on some real Italiano bidniss…MMMM😋

“This place has the best subs out of any chain in Wichita. Great staff and clean store! I'm so happy the hot sauce bar is back! I'm excited for it to get closer to what it used to be before covid lol. But this is one of my favorite lunch places“

“12/15 update:
The store manager promptly addressed my concerns, and provided meal replacement cards for a later time. I have since been back, however have not ordered online so I can not attest to wait times there. Since returning staff has been respectful and quick with service in person.
Second occasion of ordering online with my food not started upon arrival. Had to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich to be completed. The workers were behind the desk eating pizza. There was no line and no other orders placed (no tickets on the line). Not sure why this is a repeated pattern at this location, especially with it not being busy. Additionally, when mistakes are made in customer service it is important to acknowledge, apologize, and try to make it better. All I received was "here's that order, sorry about that". I understand working in the food environment is tough, however there is no excuse for neglecting orders when your establishment only had two guests (besides me) in the dining room having already received their order.“

“Absolutely LOVE this place! The service is amazing. Today, I asked for part of my turkey to be set aside. When Shanna and the rest of the staff found out that it was for my sick doggy, Shanna made up a sweet box for her. I have been very worried about my dog and Shanna eased my aching heart, made my day, and DEFINITELY made Gertrude's day. Thank you so so much!!! This crew needs a raise!!!! ❤️“
“I went in and got some subs for lunch and I just have to say I was so impressed with the guy that made my food. I missed getting his name, but he was a slim black guy with a friendly attitude and warm smile. He greeted me when I walked in the door and made my whole experience above par. He will be the reason we pick Subway instead of Spangles or any other restaurant around that area.The only thing I was irritated with was there has to be something wrong with the salt and pepper combo shaker because my subs were made the same and both are so salty you can barely eat them. I had to rinse off the vegetables close to the opening edge of the sandwich because it's so salty it's almost not edible, but THAT WAS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! I asked for mayo, extra oil and vinegar and salt & pepper, which I watched him put the S&P on and it looked like a normal amount. So i figure there is a problem with the shaker itself.“

“The WSU Jersey Mike’s, at Braeburn Square off of 21st Street North. A very small version of the sub sandwich chain with some mediocre service. However, food to go is worth it because the Club Supreme with their cherry pepper relish is one of the best sandwiches you will ever find on the go. I recommend stopping here for a great sub, but for carryout only.“

“Bread and sandwich toppings are always fresh (5 stars) but they are very stingy with the veggies on the sandwiches (2 stars). Ask for extra to get even close to what is expected, advertised, and offered at other Subways. Service is pretty good (4 stars). Order ahead is convenient, even if picking up can be awkward because they don’t use the pickup shelf (4 stars).“

“Wanted to utilize the BOGO footlongs, so we parked right outside, opened the app, and waited for it to be ready. Service was efficient and quick, wasn't more than a 15 min wait for two sammiches.As far as the food, REALLY good. New "freshly sliced" meat procedure is noticable and very welcome.Overall, food was great, service quick and efficient (forgot "no onions" request on my wife's sub, but no biggie). Highly recommend, worth the awkward procedure to use the promo, but I understand, it's just business. Fair enough to get the free sub and only have to provide email after downloading app, can easily be deleted after if so desired, but recommend keeping for future deals.
Parking: Parking lot of in need of an extreme makeover. Wicked pothole entering lot and actual lot is worn out. Whole shopping center needs to pitch in for repavement.“
