I came in a little bit before my sandwiches were done, and the guy making my online order sandwiches said he takes customer instructions very seriously, and gave me a ridiculous amount pickles as requested. He's a real one
Jersey mikes sandwiches are amazing in general. However this location needs some SERIOUS training. I'm sitting in a line of 20+ people out the door and they're making sandwiches one at a time. 3 workers are literally standing with their arms folded or behind their backs doing nothing. The cashier is on their phone. The other location makes sandwiches 3-4 at a time and is cranking em out. Maybe their manager can come over here and show these guys how it's done.
