Absolutely LOVE this place! The service is amazing. Today, I asked for part of my turkey to be set aside. When Shanna and the rest of the staff found out that it was for my sick doggy, Shanna made up a sweet box for her. I have been very worried about my dog and Shanna eased my aching heart, made my day, and DEFINITELY made Gertrude's day. Thank you so so much!!! This crew needs a raise!!!! ❤️
I have never had a bad experience as far as the food at this location. There's been a couple times that some of the people haven't been super friendly but that hasn't deterred me from going back. The pickles are the best on the planet. I'm not a huge fan of the atmosphere of this location just because it's small and it gets so busy. That I would rather just get in get my food and get out.
The manager went out of his way to help me get a refund on my order placed at the wrong location. He made the calls, followed through, and called me later to give me an update! Great customer service!!!
