I do not like leaving poor reviews. I’ve given the store ample opportunities to refund my money. I ordered via web site food never arrived. Called store multiple times finally I was told order was canceled. I’ve been waiting since December 1, 2023 for my money to be refunded. This is very poor customer service. Excellent food and service. Update: 8-28-2022 My salad was really cold and fresh, and the berries were perfect. Our food came out fast, and as always, it was exceptionally good. We highly recommend this restaurant. Update: 12-18-23 Still just as good. Food is always perfect, service is awesome, and the restaurant is always clean.

the lady who took my order today, Dena i believe her name was, demonstrated some of the best customer service i’ve seen in so long. she was polite, patient with my numerous modifications, called me by my name after pulling up my rewards, and even offered me a water while i waited for my to go food. her attitude was just awesome and you really don’t see that a lot anymore. food was really good too!! give dena a raise!!
