The service was great. The restaurant was clean. I received my order promptly and accurately. The tea was delicious. The menu items are decently priced and offer variety. I ordered the mccalister club. It was good, my only complaint is that the bacon that came on the sandwich was that thin, fake microwaveable bacon.. disgusting. The potato soup was okay, nothing I would re order. It tasted like it was pre made from a can/bag. This place is okay, nothing I would drive out of my way for, or even consider as a place to eat again.

the lady who took my order today, Dena i believe her name was, demonstrated some of the best customer service i’ve seen in so long. she was polite, patient with my numerous modifications, called me by my name after pulling up my rewards, and even offered me a water while i waited for my to go food. her attitude was just awesome and you really don’t see that a lot anymore. food was really good too!! give dena a raise!!

I do not like leaving poor reviews. I’ve given the store ample opportunities to refund my money. I ordered via web site food never arrived. Called store multiple times finally I was told order was canceled. I’ve been waiting since December 1, 2023 for my money to be refunded. This is very poor customer service. Do not order from this store. If I receive my money owed to me $56.30 . I will update this reviewAs stated I’m updating this review. Thank you for doing what was right. I will return to McAlister’s .

Excellent food and service. Update: 8-28-2022 My salad was really cold and fresh, and the berries were perfect. Our food came out fast, and as always, it was exceptionally good. We highly recommend this restaurant. Update: 12-18-23 Still just as good. Food is always perfect, service is awesome, and the restaurant is always clean.

Everything about this place is on point! I am trying to eat healthier, and the options here are just what I need. There are not very many places that offer as many healthy options, and their pick 2 option is my go-to so I can have both a salad and a sandwich eat both and not feel like I have to starve for rest of the day or week. The service is pretty good. There have been a couple of encounters with some not so friendly clerks, but I'll continue to go back the food makes up for it.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible parking and ramp.
