I've been there plenty of times and it was good but today when I went by I ordered a sub through the drive thru and I ordered it on Italian bread instead of that when I get back to work to eat my lunch I unwrap my “sub” to find it was made on a flatbread, now I understand when your out of something but for them to just decide what I was going to have instead without telling me is just stupid I don't like flat bread I would've been fine with wheat bread but I guess...read full review
I want to start by pointing out that this is now the THIRD time this scenario has happened to us at this exact location and the manager doesn't even care enough to return my phone call to apologize or discuss it. The first time they actually closed the store down an hour and 10 minutes early at least. While not the closest Subway to my house, I always go here because the service is so good and the food is great! Lydia is the best! She is SUPER friendly and knows exactly how I like my sandwich! She goes above and beyond by always asking about how my week went and she always tells me to have a good weekend or to "be safe out there" if the roads are bad. You don't that kind of personal touch everywhere!
