Last time I was there I tried the Coney Island hot dog with chili and cheese I must say I did like the taste of the hot dog however it was very messy the service was good and he came out promptly with our order.My wife always gets the handmade onion rings and I must say they are very good.

I decided to stop by Sonic in Riverside, MO to get a combo meal for my son. I ordered a bacon cheese burger combo meal and left the location. After we had left my son starts to eat his burger and of course, there is no bacon on his burger. We asked for no tomatoes and those were on there. Since we were in a rush and couldn’t drive back, I tried to call the store. Guess what? The phone number was disconnected. Also, the receipt was hard to read probably because the printer needs a new ribbon so I couldn’t read the customer service number imprinted on the receipt. My son just wanted what I paid for. Roll the dice if you want to!!!

Why do we always put the dumbest guy on the window that takes the orders? We had to tell him five times ketchup and mayonnaise only on the burger. By the time he found the buttons to push he had forgot. In the time it took him to take our order I could have went inside and made the food myself.

Today was one of those days where Sonic was the most convenient. Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and the sandwich was cooked to perfection. Top notch coming from someone who truly loves chicken sandwiches. my fries were perfection and toasty! Later on I was craving Sonic again and the hubs and I went back. His burger was perfect. Mozzarella sticks were perfect and then his chili cheese tots were not left short on the toppings. We ended up having Caleb again to be our carhop and I had to let him know how well things were looking and tasting from earlier that day. We love to see the few of our fast food places in riverside doing good to better the area and themselves. We will be back again to see Caleb and his crew with these experiences in mind.

If i could rate this specific sonic ZERO stars i would they are the most unorganized people running it! I once ordered 2 blasts and waited 45 mins for them there were barely any cars there! I had to ring back in to remind them i needed my order they didnt even know which stall to come to they had to ask twice?

Update, owner response tells you everything you need to know, they're fine with a poor review. Between that and the disconnected number, I'd say this owner is in it for whatever they can squeeze out of it. Drive to the NKC to N Oak location instead!Can’t even call to tell them their Sprite Zero I just bought was flat, like water. Their phone number is out of service.
