Best customer service in KC at this one
After a 25 minute drive through wait, I was pretty eager to get my food. This was a Sunday night and a homeless person was hassling every car in the drive through. I should have just left because the order taker didn't know if I was in drive through or a stall. They tried to give me a door dash order at the window. 🙄 I got the big meal deal for $7. I liked everything but the fries. Worst fries ever. They were dried up and obviously old. I won't bother to go here again....read full review

The Blue Raspberry slush and double smash burger are highly recommended, and even late-night visits can be pleasant despite long lines. Prices for combo meals can be a bit high, and running out of tots can be disappointing, but the overall food quality has gotten better. The staff's thoughtful gestures, like giving free shakes, help make visits memorable. With continued improvements, Sonic Drive-In has the potential to become an even more popular spot for delicious fast food.
