Love the new menu changes. Staff inside has always been kind. Don’t love the kiosk but it works and the fries are great.
My first time at Steak and Shake since my step daughter loves it. I don’t like steak burgers at all but this place is delish. Burgers were not greasy, and food was fresh. That’s why you have to wait sometimes! This place was clean inside and stocked so please disregard the bad reviews so we can keep this only location open!!
Used the drive-thru. Food was hot and delicious. Not super greasy when compared to competitors. The customer service was not the best but I didn't feel like they were rude or anything. However, they are humans, they are doing their job well(aside from that), and I appreciate them working so I could stop here to eat.
