Last 2 times I went in it was horrible. Didn't even get acknowledged. This time it was amazing. Not sure if it's a new manager or new staff but they were great and the food was 1000x better!!
Celebrating a Great Granddaughter's Birthday. Service was excellent. Food ... fries were cold, chicken sandwich dry, onion rings cold and dry. Just not up to what our experience usually is.

I I tried to give this Applebees another shot on a food order for a second time in last 2 years. I was even less impressed. I had the sampler platter as a to-go order.
