I have been going to this Popeyes every Saturday to take chicken to a friend. Half of the time I do not get what I ordered. Today I ordered macaroni and cheese and two spicy chicken breast. I did not get any macaroni and cheese and I got one breast and one thigh. You don't get a receipt which I don't like so I can't show what I ordered for sure. I love Popeye's chicken and have been coming to this location for years. Last month a glitch in their online ordering caused a significant issue with my order. In the hopes of fixing said issue, I spoke to the manager on duty and was met with the most apathetic attitude I've ever seen from someone in such a position. It would be nice if you got what you ordered. I ordered too spicy chicken breast and macaroni and cheese today. I received one breast and one thigh and two biscuits and no macaroni and cheese. This is not the first time my order has been wrong I've tried to call them but nobody answers. And they don't give out receipts anymore which I do not like.
