“5 stars for the fact that we came in with a 2.5 star expectation. Nobody knew what they were doing at the front of house and couldn't seat 3 other people or ourselves with zero work load infront of them. We went to the bar for faster service. Laura was very pleasant. A nice gentleman named Dwight was telling his stories and really enticed us in his conversation. Our service was great. Food was subpar. But the experience.. 2 great people met. The bartender and Dwight (the customer). Thank you Applebee's. 2 diamonds in the rough. If Applebee's still exists in 20 years, we'll be back again!“

“The Landing in Liberty is a great spot to catch a game, grab a beer, and enjoy some genuinely good food. They've got TVs everywhere, usually with a good variety of games on, so you're not stuck watching whatever happens to be on the one screen in front of you.

Most of the seating is high-top tables, although they do have a few regular tables and booths if that's more your preference. The covered outdoor seating is a nice bonus, especially since it has its own bar.

What really sets The Landing apart from a lot of other sports bars, though, is the food. It's actually good food, not the same generic, microwaved stuff you run into at too many places. You can tell there's a little more effort going into what's coming out of the kitchen.

Definitely a solid place to watch some sports, enjoy a meal, and spend a couple of hours.“

“I was very apprehensive about trying this place but once I got inside all my worries subsided and I was blown away by the number of drinks they offered and the amount of food they served, the portions are enough for two people to share! The wings are the best I've ever had, the beer is cold and the live music is great. What really makes me happy is the age of the patrons who frequent this establishment, 40-50 years old, not the younger crowd, my wife and I are regulars at the North Oak location“

“This was a great place to go on a date! We had no idea darts would be so fun. It was like Top Golf where you get to interact with games on a screen while playing. We liked trying the hard seltzer flight. They have Cosmo Burger available to order in. We also checked out the very cute wine bar area. The staff was friendly and helpful.“

“I was lucky enough to host my company Christmas party in the popup holiday bar this year. I CANNOT say enough great things about the venue, food, drinks and staff! Everything was incredible and such a great value! The staff was on point. From the beginning Alexa, the event coordinator, and Adam, the general manager, made the whole process so seamless and amazing. We barely lifted a finger and all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful and fun everything was! We will 100% be having our Christmas party here every year from now on. It offers delish food, appetizers, drinks and fun live music...One of the best things on the menu are the grilled buffalo chicken tenders!!! The sauce is SO yummy and it's just the right amount of buffalo spice - YUM!!! Their sheet pan nachos are second to none, too, along with their salads with HOMEMADE salad dressing. “🚨GUACAMOLE CHANGE! We’ve been coming to Ponaks for 30 years. The guacamole has aways been one of our favorites. Today we ordered it and immediately noticed something was different. We asked the server and he confirmed that they have changed their recipe, and it’s for the worst. They’ve added “filler” by putting pico and other ingredients into it. It’s not even close to what it was. I hope they don’t start changing their food and Margaritas!!! There is a reason people keep coming back year after year! Please dont mess with perfection Ponaks!“

“The food was great but I wouldn’t come here on an evening of you want good service. My husband and I did a tasting tour near by and wanted something to eat before we headed back to the Air BnB. Immediately you could tell how the experience was going to be when we didn’t order drinks right away and didn’t see our server again for about 15 minutes. She was very obviously more interested in paying more attention to customers that ordered drinks right away. She didn’t give her name otherwise I would I mention here. We only got one water and she didn’t come back to us again. We went to go to the hostess to try to pay our bill, ended up stopping her as she was leaving the bar. I give 2 stars out of 5. That’s only because the food was really good. I don’t think I would come back here. Maybe during the day would be better but I don’t know if I’d come here again anyway.“

“I had I think the most delicious chicken and pear salad I’ve ever had in my life here. There was a couple of conferences going on inside the hotel so the restaurant and bar area was crowded and there was only one staff person waiting on everyone. I don’t know what the situation was in the kitchen however, even though I had to wait for a service, I knew they were doing their best and when my salad came, it was so delicious. I also ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and it was a very generous pour maybe making up for the lack of help that day. It did help me enjoy my lunch very much. I would go there just to go there even if I wasn’t attending anything at the hotel.“

“I stopped in at Amerisports Brew Pub inside Ameristar Kansas City, and this place was exactly what we needed.

The food was excellent fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for! From the moment we arrived, the greeters and waitstaff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The entire environment had such a great energy comfortable, lively, and inviting without feeling overwhelming.

What really stood out to me was the customer service and atmosphere. Everyone seemed genuinely engaged in creating a great experience, and that makes such a difference when dining out.
