“Took my 6 year old son and my 18 year old daughter here as a surprise activity on a rainy Sunday. My daughter has never played softball and my son plays baseball. We all found something we love in the different simulator games and great food. We got to watch lots of football and the customer service was amazing. Kayla the manager and Riley our server checked on us often and the food came out fast. I would highly recommend even if you are not a baseball/softball player. We will definitely be back sooner. “We ate there Saturday afternoon and they weren't overly busy. Two of us got the shrimp platter with fries and onion rings. Unfortunately, the shrimp and hush puppies were burnt. They were so overcooked they weren't moist at all, dry as can be. The waitress forgot to bring the malt vinegar for our friends fish platter. Then she ordered a mule beer and the waitress never did return with that either. Food used to be great. Hopefully this was just a bad day. We'll give them another chance.“

“Johnnys is a fantastic place to eat or grab a drink. They support their local community and local high school and are always trying to connect with the community. Tim and his staff do a great job with customers. If you go, ask for Madison. She is the best server in the city. She makes sure to greet you with a smile, remembers your name and make your dining experience exceptional. They support Blue Valley North Sports, Theater and kids in all activities. We will visit Johnnys again often primarily due to their service and commitment to the community. Great job Tim and Madison!“

“I work at a bakery in Lees Summit and our customer constantly rave about this place. This is our 3rd time and every single time the steak is consistent and perfect. I'm usually an eat steak at home girl but nick and jakes puts my steak to shame. I'm happy to let them cook me a steak anytime!“

“We were lucky enough to catch wing Wednesday on the rooftop patio. The garlic parm wings were 10/10 & came with carrots and ranch. It was $9 for 6. Shots are enormous but honestly tasted more like mixer than liquor. Will def be back for the wings though!“

It was a great performer but was hard to hear my server and people around. If the sound was turned down just slightly during live performers it would be 10/10!! Otherwise food and staff is amazing“

“I showed up at 10:30 pm with two drenched teen boys. We'd just come from a World Cup match and we wanted to eat and watch the end of the Team USA match. They took fantastic care of us. Service was friendly and kind, world cup atmosphere was great, and the food was fantastic! I had the best Reuben I've had west of the Mississippi, and the Alfredo was also excellent. I gave four stars only because one kid said his burger was dry. This place is a gem.“

“🚨GUACAMOLE CHANGE! We’ve been coming to Ponaks for 30 years. The guacamole has aways been one of our favorites. Today we ordered it and immediately noticed something was different. We asked the server and he confirmed that they have changed their recipe, and it’s for the worst. They’ve added “filler” by putting pico and other ingredients into it. It’s not even close to what it was. I hope they don’t start changing their food and Margaritas!!! There is a reason people keep coming back year after year! Please dont mess with perfection Ponaks!“

“The day we were there there was no food available but I understand that usually there is. The enclosure is quite tall, higher than many facilities so there, so there is less problem with the ball hitting the ceiling. There is some seating (picnic tables), but I advise bringing your own chairs if you are an observer rather than a participant. There is ample parking.“

The wings was absolutely delicious and I love everything about the herb garlic fries was great. “We used the Socials party room for my dad’s celebration of life and had a great experience. Jordan was always quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful. The space was large and clean and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend the Social to anyone needing a great space for an event or party!“
