Awful experience. Kids meal pizza was burnt, steak was wellllll done when it was supposed to be medium well, flys in drinks, didn’t get our appetizer until after food was out. Everything we ordered was wrong or missing sides. So many better restaurants in the area this was not worth the money at all.

I I tried to give this Applebees another shot on a food order for a second time in last 2 years. I was even less impressed. I had the sampler platter as a to-go order. No complaints whatsoever with my server and my cocktail, while waiting. It was excellent. I got home to eat and it was very average, actually boring. I was looking for the boneless wings that was part of the order and gave up because they didn't seem to be there. As I am throwing condiment cups away i had a tiny cardboard round I didn't use that ended up being the wings. I had to laugh. They were the size of the tip of my thumb! I could have fit all 6 in my mouth almost as one bite. No i don't have a big mouth, lol. Truly, everything, the cheese sticks, wings, spinach dip, lacked taste. I said the first time I ate there I would not again but gave it another chance only to be sure i definitely won't again.
Food was ok. Sat at the bar waited about 10 minutes to be greeted because it was shift change the lady said. Steak was small and lacked seasoning.

Went to take advantage of the 2 entree and one appetizer deal for $25. Service was a little slow but our server was very nice and we had a long talk about a vacation me and my girlfriend went on. Food eventually arrived and it was aggressively mediocre. I got the chicken sandwich and my girlfriend the Mac and tenders. The Mac and cheese tastes like school food and her tenders had an off taste. Only saving grace here was the dessert which was the chocolate melt cake. The second we left my girlfriend had stomach pains, horrible gas, and bloating 12 and still does 12 hours later. Go to anywhere else in the area.

Our waitress Kenzi was very nice, pleasant and professional. The cook however had too much facial hair and hair without a head cover. Otherwise everything was ok.
