Poor management! Slow service! Employees not well trained. No one seems to know what the other is doing. Won't ever go back.
We were staying overnight at The Fairfield Inn, and The Summit Grill was recommended to us for a dinner location. We were pleasantly surprised at the deliciously amazing food, quick service, and also our attentive waiter, Travis. I highly recommend the Traditional Pot Roast, and my husband recommends the Chicken-Fried Chicken. If we are in Gladstone again, we will defintely return.
Two of my friends and I ate at Summit Wednesday eve and had a bad Reuben….tasteless. The sliders were over cooked and dry and my friends large expensive salad was below par. This is my 3rd time there….inc. Thanksgiving last year (was terrible…we went at 4:00) I will never go back. And the cake we got for my 2 friends birthdays tiny and they didn’t even give me a piece….but then it wasn’t my birthday. Most places would have included me. ...read full review
