my FAVORITE place for special occasion brunches- my birthday, mother's day, etc everything is always delicious and we love the small business support in the brands shared in the front of the restaurant and in the menu options!
This place is just an absolute delight. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The crepes are just beyond incredible. It is so relaxing and fun to grab a table and just enjoy the vibe for a bit. The menu includes just a little bit of everything. The peach crisp crepe I just had was sooooo good!
The restaurant staff handled our mishaps with so much kindness. First my coffee accidentally slipped from the table edge and the glass broke and they moved us to another table immediately. Then, as we were leaving, my husband picked up our baby and did not realize he was close enough to reach a nearby potted plant. He took one step and our son took the plant with him, causing it to flip and the pot to break. We were both terribly embarrassed and felt awful, apologizing and asking...read full review

Seven Swans Crêperie KC is a beautiful, cute, and cozy restaurant with a wonderful vibe, though the space is small, old, and a bit of a squeeze. It is typically very crowded and packed, with people waiting inside and out, making grabbing a table feel like winning the lottery. It is counter service, and the wait can be a little long, sometimes about 30 to 40 minutes after ordering, as they make everything basically from scratch. The service can be on the slower side as they are constantly slammed, but the staff is friendly and good.
The food is the absolute star of the show and is amazing, incredible, absolutely delicious, and wonderful. The menu is small but everything sounds good. The crepes, including the savory ‘Forest’ crepe and the brunch crepe with egg, are delicious, quite filling, and hands-down the best crepes in KC. They have gluten free crepe options and a vegan/vegetarian win on the hollandaise. Their drink game is also super strong, with items like the lemon shortbread latte and an unlimited self serve coffee bar. Despite the wait and street parking only, it is most assuredly worth the wait and is the go-to spot for a killer crepe, highly recommended.
