Overpriced mid(at best) drinks,as well as poor customer service. As someone who has cafe experience, I would never recommend Waterbird Coffee,the problem with places like this is there isn't anyone to properly address the issue with,and if there were,it's obvious that the employee was comfortable enough with their unacceptable behavior, that it clearly wouldn't do any good because they obviously have their regulars and just don't care. Waterbird Coffee Company is a great little spot downtown with light music and a mellow, chill, and relaxing vibe. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the drinks are really good. They offer a daily drip coffee that is piping hot and smooth, and one reviewer raves about the brown sugar, cinnamon latte being fire. While most found the coffee hot, one reviewer suggested increasing the temperature, as it was more warm than hot. It's a perfect, quick and easy coffee spot with a cool location and good seating.
