Sat the 16th. When we walked in, there was no inside seating; it looked as if there was water or remodeling, but no signs indicating something going on. The person at the register asked us for the phone number four times before she entered it correctly, and I was given the wrong coffee order. The staff seemed out of sorts and not working well together. The sandwich I ordered was done well, but my Aunt's order was prepared on a cold bagel.
I'm not sure what's happened to Einstein Brothers bagels. You walk in and they have cleared out all the tables so they clearly don't want you to sit and eat in the store. I used to be able to go and eat, drink coffee and connect to their internet. I guess they don't want you to do that anymore. In addition, their selection is basically just bagels. Highly disappointing...This store apparently stops selling egg sandwiches after 1pm, yet there's no sign that says that. In fact, the walls are covered with egg sandwich ads that seem to indicate an all-day menu option.The two ladies behind the counter were rushing me out the door for some reason, and I did not feel welcome.I didn't want to leave empty handed, so I ordered a turkey sandwich. They didn't ask what bagel or side I wanted, nor did they toast the bagel.
